Terms of Trade

1. General Terms

These Terms of Trade constitute the entire agreement between Pushpaka Dashaanan and our customers for the purchase and sale of goods. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Product Quality

All products supplied are carefully selected and inspected for quality. We guarantee that goods will conform to the agreed specifications. Any claims regarding quality must be reported within 5 business days of receipt.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are quoted in the currency specified and are subject to change. Payment terms are as follows:

• 50% advance payment before shipment
• 50% payment upon presentation of shipping documents
• Credit terms available for established customers upon request

4. Delivery Terms

We offer delivery on CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight), FOB (Free on Board), and other internationally recognized trade terms. Delivery dates are estimated and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control.

5. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, labor disputes, and government actions.

6. Liability and Disputes

Our liability is limited to the value of goods supplied. All disputes arising from these Terms of Trade shall be governed by the laws of India and settled through mutual negotiation or arbitration.

7. Returns and Refunds

Goods may be returned only if damaged or defective. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of verification. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless applicable due to our error.

8. Compliance

All transactions comply with applicable international trade laws and regulations. Customers are responsible for obtaining necessary import/export licenses and clearances.
